Itinerary
Day 1 – Reception, check-in, equipment rental and transportation. Portage to veguitas and set up camp. camp (optional: night in mountain refuge).
Day 2 – Acclimatization trekking in the surroundings.
Day 3 – Ascent to the summit of Mount Franke and subsequent descent to the camp.
Day 4 – Disarming of the camp, descent and transfer to Mendoza.
Equipment
NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR THE EXPEDITION
- – Sunglasses (UV 400 or cat 3 or 4)
- – Cap with visor
- – Sunscreen and lipstick factor 40 or higher.
- – Buff
- – Polar or wool warm hat
- – Synthetic long-sleeved shirt type 1 fur
- – Fleece coat
- – Thin down jacket
- – Thick down jacket

INCLUDED SERVICES
- -Mountain guide, 1 guide for every 3 clients.
- -Round trip transportation from Mendoza to Vallecitos (2900 m).

OPTIONAL SERVICES
- – Additional day to visit wineries in the Mendoza region (consult costs).
- – Overnight in a mountain refuge (consult costs).

- -Personal expenses such as telephone calls, tips, laundry, etc.
- -Transfers from the Uco Valley.
- -Any costs incurred for leaving the program early.
- -Rescue, medical or air evacuation expenses.

- -Refund of money in case of abandonment.
