Guided Ascention to Stepanek Hill

This is a proposal in which we will work to take the first steps in the high mountain peaks with satisfaction. The activity will take place in the Cordón del Plata Provincial Park, a mountainous region with a great landscape quality, where remarkable natural attributes of scientific and patrimonial interest (glaciers, periglacial environment with tundra-type frozen ground, rivers, streams, flora, fauna, archaeological and paleontological remains) are combined with an important aesthetic, educational and recreational value, given by the diversity of environments, their visibility conditions and the existence of singular geographical features. We will attempt to reach the summit of Cerro Stepanek, with its 4,194 meters above sea level.
