Guided visit to Cerro El Plata

With its 6000 meters above sea level, it is the highest mountain of the frontal Cordillera. It is located within the Cordón del Plata Provincial Park, only 90 km from the city of Mendoza. This place is used as a school for many climbers to enter the high mountain and as an acclimatization hill before going to Mount Aconcagua, the highest mountain in America also located in Mendoza. It is not technically difficult but its height makes it a physical and mental challenge that many climbers are willing to face.

The view from this mountain is imposing since it is possible to observe the Main mountain range, which borders with Chile, the volcano

That borders with Chile, the Tupungato volcano (6500m) and other high mountains.
