Day 2 – Barreal-Laguna Blanca – 3100 m.a.s.l. Breakfast. Breakfast and free morning. We will start with our great adventure in the San Juan giants and we will travel by charter vehicle through the Los Patos River Valley to

Day 4 – Guanaquitos CB – 3550 masl. Breakfast. Rest day (acclimatization) or hike to the viewpoint of the Caballito glacier and the Turquesa Stream,

Day 5 – Guanaquitos BC – Cuesta Blanca (4350) – Guanaquitos BC / Descent Mercedario Corto trekking group (Arroyo Turquesa) / Continuation of the trek for the Balcón de los 6000 trekking group. The expedition group will have a day to carry equipment to camp 1.

Day 6 – Cuesta Blanca (4350) – Ascent to camp 1. Day of ascent to camp 1. Approx. 4 hours.
Day 7 – Cuesta Blanca – 4350 – Pirca de Indios (5200) – Cuesta Blanca – Equipment carrying day. Day of portage and rest (acclimatization) in camp 1.
Day 8 – Pirca de Indios – 5200 masl. Ascent to Camp 2. Day of ascent to camp 2. About 4 hours of activity.
Day 9 – Pirca de Indios – rest or portage to La Hollada – Pirca de Indios. Rest day in camp 2, short hikes in the area.
Day 10 – La Hollada or new rest Pirca de Indios. Breakfast. Ascent to the high altitude camp of La Hollada (camp 3 – 5700 masl) or another day in camp 2, according to the decision of the guides; final preparation for the summit attack the following day.
Day 11 – Summit and return to camp 3
Day 12 – Descent to Guanaquitos Base Camp. Long day of descent to base camp.
Day 13 – Descent to Laguna Blanca and transfer to Barreal. Night in cabins. Last trekking day, until Laguna Blanca where the transport will pick us up to take us to Barreal. Toast for the end of the expedition.
Day 14: Transfer to Mendoza (arrival at noon); end of our services. Final transfer to Mendoza.
